Moment of Development is an online contest and art exhibition event for young people. Took place from December 26, 2020 to April 12, 2021 and divided into three phrases and one special phrase, this is the spiritual "child" that NGUOC wants to create with the mission of raising a strong call to awaken the extraordinary giant hiden inside of you. The best entries announced by NGUOC will be displayed at Grand Youthcamp at the American Center, the US Embassy Hanoi and receive many gifts from the American Center, the US Embassy Hanoi.
